Adding Maintenance
Maintenance tracking is an integral part of a successful trucking business. In the TMS you can easily track maintenance records.
To add maintenance records, click on the "Expenses" link in the main menu, located in the left sidebar, and then click on the "add maintenance" button in the "Expenses section".
A popup will appear with two sections where you will need to fill in certain fields. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
"Maintenance Information" section
There are required fields: "Name", "Maintenance Date".
You can fill in fields such as: "Vehicle", "Maintenance Type", "Odometer", "Next Due Maintenance Date", "Next Due Maintenance Mileage". If you specify the "Vehicle" field, this record will be added to the maintenance log on the report page.
"Payment Information" section
There are required fields: "Total Amount", "Payment Method", "Payment Date".
You can fill in fields such as: "Tax Amount", "Transaction ID", "Notes".
You can use the "Attachment" field to upload a receipt file (png, jpg, jpeg, webp, doc, txt, pdf. Max size is 5Mb).
