New Features

Locations / Address Book

Keep the places your team uses in one shared company Address Book. Save warehouses, pickup points, delivery facilities and other addresses, then reuse them when entering loads, customers or drivers. Instead of typing the same address again, choose a saved Location to keep details consistent and reduce repetitive entry.

A Location can also hold useful facility details, such as contacts, operating hours and entrance instructions, so your team can find the information it needs in one place.

A New Releases Section

You now have a dedicated place to follow changes in Trucking365 TMS. We will publish new features, improvements, updates and fixes in the Releases section, so you can see what has changed and how it helps your daily work.

Improvements and Updates

Filters in a popup

On updated listing pages, click the filter icon to open the available filters in a popup. Filter controls no longer take up a permanent block above the list, leaving more room for your records.

Compact Actions menus

Click the three-dot icon in the Actions column to see the available actions for a record. This replaces rows of separate icons with one compact menu and makes tables easier to scan.

Related information organized into tabs

Updated pages use tabs to separate related sections instead of placing every block one after another. Switch to the section you need without scrolling through the entire page.

Small design refinements across the administrative workspace

Updated spacing, controls and other visual details give the interface a more consistent appearance and make everyday screens easier to read.
